Arie is also an advocate for the rights of both employers and employees. In today’s employment climate, California employers and employees alike face a number of legal obstacles. For individuals and businesses in California, understanding the laws surrounding employment is often not a high priority until there is a conflict. For those who are facing a dispute between employer and employee, retaining a law firm that specializes in the intricacies of California’s employment statutes is the best path to a timely resolution. Whether you are a California employee or employer, Arie understands the complexities of the law from both employer and employee perspectives and can provide advice and representation for your unique employment dispute.

He was a mock trial judge at the American Mock Trial Association competition at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and at the Inaugural Paradise Invitational at Santa Barbara Courthouse. The DREAM Act is a bipartisan bill, which if passed, will create an opportunity for certain undocumented students to get onto a pat of legalization. Arie strongly believes that the DREAM Act will increase the prosperity of our nation because it will enable many individuals to join its workforce and full integrate into our society.
